Additionally, this level features a family bathroom with a hydromassage shower column.

Importantly, the first floor has been designed with accessibility in mind, offering wheelchair-friendly ramps (max width 60 cm) that lead directly to the pool terrace, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests with mobility needs.

The private 50 m² eco-friendly pool (depth: 0.90 m to 1.50 m) is the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Mediterranean sun. Designed with sustainability in mind, the pool is cleaned using UV lamps, ensuring a chemical-free swimming experience.
